No, you have the option as checking out as a guest if you do not want to create an account. All you need to have on hand are contact details as well as a shipping address!

However, as an account holder, your information will be able to be stored for your next purchase, and we do have exclusive deals for our members!

Orders

Your order will be shipped out within 2 - 4 business days after it has been placed. Once your items are ready, you will receive an e-mail with the order's shipping confirmation and its tracking number. 

(Business days are Monday - Friday, not including Public Holidays)

Once the order has been placed, there will be a processing period of 24 hours. You may amend or cancel your orders during this period by contacting us directly here.

However, once the processing period has passed, we are unable to interfere with the process of packing and packaging your order. If you are unhappy with your items, you may refer to our refunds and exchanges section of the FAQ on how to proceed.

Payments

Paypal

You may choose this option to pay with a credit/debit card. A Paypal account is not required to proceed with your purchase.

If your payment is declined, please:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  2. Try the payment again.
  3. If the payment has been declined again, please check with your debit/credit card provider/bank regarding the rejected payment.

Offline Payment

You may choose this option to bank in/transfer directly to our bank account. Details will be provided once this option is selected at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us directly at hello@rockissco.com for further details on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

We do offer refunds in the form of store credit if you do choose to return the items.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) :

Shipping to Malaysia typically arrives in 1 - 3 business days.

Regional Shipping (South East Asia) :

Shipping throughout South East Asia typically arrives between 4 - 10 business days.

Worldwide Shipping (Rest of the World) :

Shipping to the rest of the world typically arrives between 6 - 14 business days.

Once your items have been shipped out, we will provide you a confirmation e-mail that includes a tracking number that you can use as a reference to check with the provider that we use.
